TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME
Imagine living with an easy, positive relationship with food – nothing is off limits, you’ve stopped battling with your food rules.
You eat when your appetite tells you and can leave food when you feel full. No more standing at the fridge door comfort eating or finding yourself with an empty biscuit packet after ‘just one’.
If you want a future like that, this programme is for you.

I get it – that old habit of turning to food for comfort, stress relief, distraction.
Eating until you feel stuffed – only to regret it & feel rubbish later.
Using food as a reward, or having powerful cravings for all the unhealthy options.
The ‘rules’ you have created around good & bad foods, the emotional gymnastics and the energy & time you spend thinking about it.
I know, because I have been on my own journey with food (more below) and I know that it is possible, and pretty amazing, to have a relaxed and positive relationship with food.
Join me on your journey to heal those old patterns, stories and habits – and to an easy relationship with food.

“If you work with Fiona you will be in the most beautiful, supportive and held space. I trust her completely”. (Annabel)
“I was eating a bag of chocolate marshmallows every day. Then I worked with Fiona and I have not bought them since. She cured me of my addiction”
(Laurie)
About me
I work with incredible clients who are committed to getting the most out of life, and to overcoming their own ‘stuff’ which is getting in the way, so they can really thrive. There will be suppressed emotions, limiting beliefs & unhelpful memories. And we gently process and make sense of them and resolve the unhelpful stories.
A difficult relationship with food has emotions and beliefs at its source. My own story from my early 20s involved controlling food, exercise and my body because I felt out of control and unsafe in other aspects of my life. It was scary, lonely and very painful – and still very hard to acknowledge publicly.
That said, it puts fire in my belly that my experience means and the skills I have mean I can help you. I use techniques that are shown in studies & brain scans to make a difference for emotional eating and cravings.
And I say this not to show off, but to reassure you that this is possible. My relationship with food now is so positive and relaxed. I eat only when I am hungry, I stop when I am getting full. I have no banned foods and there is no emotional charge when I look a display of menu options. All of which is so joyful when I think about the emotional tightrope I used to walk.
This is what I wish for you.

What to expect
Your programme starts with a Zoom call, so I can get to know you, your pain points and goals for the programme – and can tailor the work we do.
There will be 8 one-hour weekly coaching & EFT sessions either in my client space in London, or online. You can connect from anywhere. This time gives us space to unearth and gently deal with the needs that come up, and practise new habits with my support.
There will be a workbook and journal for you to record your journey, shifts, your lightbulb moments, coaching points and your thoughts. We will work with it in sessions and you can use it daily throughout the programme.
There will be practice each week for you to embed your new way of living.
You will have access to email and phone support from me between sessions.
Sessions will be recorded and shared with you.
We conclude the work with an individual wrap up call.
The Science Bit
Emotional Freedom Technique, which I use alongside coaching, is known as a ‘bottom up’ technique. It focuses on the body first. There is an emphasis on the role of bodily sensations, emotions, and sensory experiences in understanding and shaping psychological wellbeing.
The relationship between our minds and bodies is clear in emotional eating. It’s not just a thought about food – there is an emotional want. It’s also behavioural, based on habits and neural wiring. And it’s physical – it’s in the eyes, nose, tastebuds, stomach. The problem does not solely exist within your mind. And we need to work with the body, the emotions & the subconscious to make change.
When compared in research to ‘top down’ talking therapies like CBT, EFT results in longer lasting reductions in food cravings than CBT, and are achieved in half the time1,2,3.

In this brain scan study adults tested were shown images of high calorie food at baseline and then shown the same images after four weeks of EFT.
The areas of the brain associated with reward and loss show little activation after four weeks of EFT.
The image on the left is female, and the on the right is male.
